Linear sliding unit is a case unit with the standard linear bearing installed in a small and light aluminum case.The slide unit series is a line of standardized slide bearing housings and shaft supporters to enable smooth linear motion using slide bearings and shafts.
The RECTANGLE WHEEL LINEAR RAIL is divided into internal clamping type double axle and external clamping type double axle, the outer clamping type is the slider on the outside of the guide rail, the inner clamping type is the slider on the inside of the guide rail.
Product Features:
1, corrosion resistance: double axis slide rail and slide block is aluminum alloy material, precision mold molding, surface color anodizing treatment or black plating special treatment, coupled with high frequency heat treatment chrome plating guide shaft, hardness HRC62±2 surface chrome plating to ensure no rust. It not only has beautiful appearance but also has excellent acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.
2, easy assembly: double axis guide rail, slide block are all formed in one body, can be directly assembled and used to improve production efficiency.
3, easy to interchange: the slider is automatically aligning design, any slide, the slider can be used interchangeably.
4, low cost: standardized structure, easy to assemble; CNC machine tools mass production of axial slide can reduce costs. Axial supported linear guide rail is the linear motion of the linear slider on the axis. Linear sliders provide fixed threaded holes, so they can be easily installed on machinery and equipment with screws. Axial supported linear guides are suitable for smooth movement and precise orientation in the direction of rotation.
